Shipping Methods We cooperate with trusted carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS. Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched. In certain regions or special logistics arrangements, tracking updates may be limited.

EU Mainland: 3–5 business days (Ships from local EU warehouses).
Cyprus: 2–4 weeks.
Non-EU European Regions (UK, Switzerland, etc.): 2–4 weeks. Shipping may require transshipment, and tracking may not always be available.
Important Note for Non-EU Europe For destinations such as the UK, Switzerland, Cyprus, and Malta, returns or exchanges are not accepted, including for quality-related issues. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Shipping Coverage We ship to the mainland United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and remote islands, please contact customer service to confirm availability before ordering.
Shipping Source & Time
U.S. Local Warehouse: 1–2 days processing; 3–7 business days delivery.
Overseas Warehouse: 1–3 days processing; 7–15 business days delivery. Warehouse selection is automatically determined based on inventory levels.
Customs & Fees
Shipping Fee: Included in the price (except for confirmed remote area surcharges).
Duties: Import duties are generally handled by our logistics partners. Customers are not required to pay additional fees under normal circumstances.
Shipping Coverage Worldwide shipping is available from our China warehouse for regions not covered by local warehouses.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 months.
Return Policy: Returns and refunds are not accepted for global sea freight orders. Customers assume responsibility for this condition upon purchase.

Delays & Liability Shipping times are estimates only. KuKirin is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs clearance procedures.

Extreme weather, political factors, or force majeure events.
Order Verification For security reasons, we may contact customers to confirm order details before shipment. We recommend placing orders as early as possible to avoid seasonal delays.
KuKirin provides a 14-day refund and replacement warranty from the date of delivery. This policy applies exclusively to E-Scooters or E-Bikes with verified quality defects that cannot be resolved through technical guidance from our engineers.
Manufacturing Defects: We only replace or refund items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Final Sale Regions: As stated in our Shipping Policy, orders shipped to Non-EU European regions (UK, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta) and Global Sea Freight orders from the China warehouse are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have access to localized support through our Dubai facility:
30-Day Quality Guarantee: If a product develops a quality issue within 30 days of use, it may be sent to our Dubai warehouse for professional repair or replacement services.

Pre-Shipment: Modifications can only be made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Post-Shipment: Once goods have left the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once a returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse.
Payment Method: Credits will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card.
Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the 5-day window, please:

Eligibility: We do not accept returns unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
High-Value Items: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are exempt from returns.
Gifts: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
