Refund and Return Policy

1. Warranty and Returns

KuKirin provides a 14-day refund and replacement warranty from the date of delivery. This policy applies exclusively to E-Scooters or E-Bikes with verified quality defects that cannot be resolved through technical guidance from our engineers.

  • Manufacturing Defects: We only replace or refund items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Final Sale Regions: As stated in our Shipping Policy, orders shipped to Non-EU European regions (UK, Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta) and Global Sea Freight orders from the China warehouse are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Middle East Local Support (UAE & Saudi Arabia)

Customers in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have access to localized support through our Dubai facility:

  • 30-Day Quality Guarantee: If a product develops a quality issue within 30 days of use, it may be sent to our Dubai warehouse for professional repair or replacement services.

3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact kukirinhelp@gmail.com immediately.

  • Pre-Shipment: Modifications can only be made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Post-Shipment: Once goods have left the warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Process

Once a returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the product arriving at our warehouse.

  • Payment Method: Credits will be automatically applied to your original payment method or credit card.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the 5-day window, please:

  1. Verify your bank account balance.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank regarding their specific processing times.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Eligibility: We do not accept returns unless a manufacturing defect is present.

  • Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • High-Value Items: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. Exemptions and Gifts

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable software products are exempt from returns.

  • Gifts: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
