• USA & EU: 3–7 business days.
• Middle East: 1–3 business days for UAE, 7–12 business days for other GCC countries.
• UK, Switzerland, Cyprus & Malta: 2–4 weeks. Final Sale, no returns or exchanges accepted.
• Rest of World: 1–2 months via Sea Freight. Final Sale, no returns or exchanges accepted.
• Taxes & Fees: Shipping and customs duties are generally included in the product price.

2. Returns & Refunds

• 14-Day Warranty: We only accept returns or replacements for verified manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges which are non-refundable.
• Middle East Support: Customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia enjoy a 30-day quality guarantee with local repair and replacement support at our Dubai facility.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after warehouse inspection.

• Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
