For orders not purchased from Kukirin Global Store, please contact the original point of purchase to address your concerns.
Warranty Service
Customers must provide a warranty certificate and the original email receipt from kukirinhelp@gmail.com to be eligible for warranty services.
Warranty Coverage
Kukirin Global Store offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship and/or materials for batteries and motors. We are responsible for troubleshooting and providing free repairs or replacement parts to resolve any issues, except those caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper use (such as riding in wet conditions or dropping the scooter).
Kukirin Global Store Offers the Following Solutions:
- We will send replacement parts by regular mail along with instructions.
- We will replace scooters that fail due to material/workmanship defects within 7-30 business days from the date of delivery.
- We will replace defective parts with functionally equivalent parts that match the original in performance and reliability.
Kukirin Global Store does not cover shipping costs for receiving or returning items. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Scooters purchased elsewhere, second-hand, or used are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Kukirin Global Store does not provide warranty services for issues caused by personal actions or standard use in the following situations:
- The product was not sold by Kukirin Global Store or any of its authorized dealers.
- The product was modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or with defective, altered, or non-original parts/accessories.
- The product was involved in an accident or damaged due to external factors, atmospheric conditions, or other similar events.
- The failure was caused by dirt, impurities, water, foreign objects, etc. (if applicable).
- The product was used in the rain and/or submerged in water deeper than 4 cm.
- The product or part identification series/codes/marks were removed, altered, or are illegible. This includes carefully crafted marks or embossing, dents, mechanical impacts, thermal or other fractures, and cracks not caused by the product itself.
- Damage and defects were caused by improper handling and transportation by the buyer.
- The product’s original condition was altered due to improper storage conditions (e.g., corrosion, condensation).
- The product was not used according to the conditions outlined in the user manual. Failure was caused by deliberate damage or similar reasons.
- The warranty period has expired.
Kukirin Global Store reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims and determine, at its discretion, whether the defect or damage falls within this limited warranty. If a claim is submitted but deemed outside of warranty coverage, we will provide a quote for the repair and return shipping costs.
- The guarantees outlined in these terms are exclusive and replace all express or implied warranties, including those arising from transactions, usage, or trade practices. Kukirin Global Store makes no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
- Kukirin Global Store reserves the right to update model designs or replace models with variations in graphics and/or colors. Product replacements are subject to availability. If an identical replacement is not available, Kukirin Global Store reserves the right to fulfill any warranty claims using refurbished or equivalent value components and products.
- The seller shall not be liable for any property damage or loss, loss of profit or revenue, loss of property or equipment use, claims by the buyer’s customers, or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any contract, tort (including negligence), or other circumstances. In no event shall the seller’s liability exceed the purchase price of the claimed goods. Under Kukirin Global Store’s limited warranty, the buyer’s sole remedy is a replacement from the regular product stock line. Kukirin Global Store is not responsible for any other expenses or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Use of our products is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any loss, liability, or damage resulting from the use of our products (Kukirin Global Store is not liable), including loss of life, personal injury, or damage to computers, mobile devices, or any other property.
- The customer agrees and declares that the purchase of Kukirin Global Store products is solely for personal use and not for resale.
- The customer may not copy, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell any part of this website for any commercial purpose.
