Refund and Return Policy

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds Once we receive and review your return request, we will notify you via email that we have received your cancellation request. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days or on the same day.

Delayed or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, please first recheck your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Non-Refundable Services We work with several courier service providers. If your goods have already left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at kukirinhelp@gmail.com.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns We do not accept product returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. As the customer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
